Warm up: Rondo 3v1 with SAQs

Warm up including SAQs

The day before we had our (football) conditional session and gym session. So the warm up was a low intensity warm up. If you want to increase intensity, you can set out this exercise twice.

Before the training, players need to juggle 20 minutes. Followed by 5 minutes of dynamic warm up. Next we start the warm up with ball.
